We will ship the goods within 24 after receiving the order. If your order quantity is large, it will be shipped within 1-2 days.Look for '$7.95 flat fee eligible' next to qualifying items throughout our website.
Select standard shipping purchases ship for one low flat fee of $7.95 per shipping address and arrive within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise.
For Hawaii, Alaska, add $15.
For China Territories, add $15.
For Canada and Mexico, add $35.
Oversized and special delivery items may be subject to a delivery charge noted on the product page.
Some oversized and white glove delivery items require additional shipping time and may be shipped by truck within the contiguous China, as noted on the product page. You (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date.
Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Most packages will be shipped by Fvioeri and final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier.
There is a 9 lb. limit for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Fvioeri Store Gift Card delivery to China addresses is free of charge and is shipped by Fvioeri, separately from other items in your order. Fvioeri Store Gift Cards are shipped next business day and arrive in 5-7 business days. Please use E-gift cards for international gift giving.

$31.95 per address.

Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous China within 2 business days.
We cannot offer express delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or international shipments.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. After entering the address information, you can review your order with the shipping charges added.
Most products can be shipped to international addresses, though some oversized items cannot be shipped to an international address.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Orders are shipped via a traceable international carrier. Delivery should take 5 - 7 business days to reach your country provided that there are no unforeseen delays in Customs.

APO OR FPO MILITARY OR GOVERNMENT BOXES

Orders will ship via the China Postal Service.
Orders cannot ship via Express Delivery to APO or FPO Boxes.
In Address fields, enter address information, example: Battalion or Box Number. In the City field, enter APO or FPO. In the State field, choose either Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific. In Postal Code field, enter postal code.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Gift Card Delivery: Delivery is free of charge to China addresses, and will arrive within 7 business days. Express delivery is available to most locations for $31.95 per address, and will arrive within 3 business days. Cards are shipped by UPS, separately from other items in your order. Fvioeri E-gift Cards are delivered to your recipient's e-mail address immediately after your online purchase.

Packing Materials: Orders are packaged with earth friendly biodegradable loose-fill. This material is starch based and non toxic, static free, reusable and compostable.

White-Glove Delivery: A product's detail page will indicate whether the item is shipped via White Glove Delivery. These items are shipped by truck within the contiguous China and require additional shipping time and charges, as indicated on the product page. You, or the recipient, will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date. The shipping company will deliver and unpack the item, perform simple assembly, and remove any packing material.
